My Niece just danced in her first pow wow!! My sister asked me to make her regalia, which i gladly did.

i made the dress and added hello kitty ribbon, apron, shawl, and made and beaded her mocassins and barrette.

She did a good job , I'm so proud of her!!

Hello again!! Today has been quite hectic. First day of summer school, I'm rushing to find my class (of course at the last minute) and as soon as I sit down, my soda fizzes ALL over me! It was icky and sticky ugh! Anyways, here are some pics of my beadwork. I had made the majority of the barrettes awhile ago with size 10 beads. Since then I have upgraded to 13 cut! Fantastic! See if you can spot the one with 13 cut beads =) Also, here are a few pursed I made.

It's been a busy week! As well as it should be! I start summer school next week so I need to get moving with my business x_X. I made a huge huge cupcake with hearts made of felt!! I've also created a few amigurumi with my characters. I'm quite pleased with them actually! I've also made a few purses and a tam summer hat made of cotton yarn so it's light. I know it's been awhile... What can I say, this semester really killed me! Well, not physically, but definitely emotionally! Never have I been so drained and frustrated. I can only hope that summer school will bring about a new outlook on school. I truly believe that my new major is the right one. It brings about very hard challenges, but I am becoming more and more doubtful of myself. Needless to say, my creative side has taken a nap. I've made two purses since school has been out. Ugh! I need to pick up the pace....

This Poodle's got attitude, spunk and a kick a** sweater to show off her wild side. Knit on size 7 and 8 needles. I got the pattern from "Stitch and Bitch Nation" in a size small. I added on a black skull and crossbones design that was requested by Miss Bubbles' mom. It coordinates wonderfully with her black fur.

Today went by too fast! I guess it's probably due to me being so busy. Normally I work six days a week, so I always treasure my one day off =). I made some pouches yesterday. I'm really excited about them all. I really hope they sell. It seems like the harder I try the less sales I make. Anyway, here are some pics of them; Steve the cupcake, Walter the nerdy pear, Loois the bird, Dave the cloud, Jerry the green apple, Frank the mushroom, Gary the red apple and my favorite, Lenny the popsicle. I actually made a whole series of Lennys lol. They were a big hit in the summer of 07. I will be working on some headbands, hairclip etc. Any and everything spring related =)

Today was a pretty decent day. I wrote my second program today =) I have to say, even though it's hard, I am really enjoying my computer programming class (so far). This program allows you to input data! It's really cool! I had to program an equation that shows interest that builds over 5 years at 6%, 8 years at 7% and 12 years at 8%. So depending on whatever amount you input for your principal amount, the program shows you your three options. YAY! and it works too =) Double yay!

Hello reader,

so as I had said earlier, my next blog would be done on my new macbook =) Can I just rant for a second? My macbook is so great! I love it so much!! I don't think I can ever go back to windows. Macs run so smoothly. I absolutely think it was worth every single penny.

Ok back on track now.. Oh I wrote my first program today! Hooray! I was having some trouble though, turns out I left out a space. Crazy how one small slip up will stop a program from running. I really think I'm going to enjoy computer science!

Oh and one more thing, I participated in a swap on craftster.org and I received my package today. My partner did such a fantastic job! I will try and post pics tomorrow. She really spent a lot of time crafting for the swap. I just hope she enjoys her package as much as I enjoyed mine =)

Hello Hello! So today has been both stressful and excited. I just recently switched my major to computer science from microbiology. I feel really excited about this change!! But I am having a big hassel with enrolling in one of my math classes. Ugh! I just need to relax... But the good news is that I FINALLY have money to buy a macbook!!!!!!!!!! Yay! I worked my butt off to save up all the money but it feels good to be able to support myself. Anyways, next time we talk, I'll be typing on my new macbook =) And yes, I will post pictures.

Hooray! I am off work for a whole week, so I am going to make all sorts of stuff now!! I made my friend a scarf for his mom and a kick A** pac man pillow made out of fleece. I always give him gifts with a pac man theme. Lol, I think at first he will hate this pillow because it's so weird, but I know he will come to love it soon =)

Also, I did some beadwork on my friends golfclub. I think it turned out very nice. I used size 13 cut beads. Ugh i need to go to the bead store and supply up!

I have finally finished my pacman blanket!! It is made entirely out of fleece. it measure 60" by 72". I have entered it in a contest and if i win, it will hand up in an art gallary!!! Also, some pictures of other pacman items i have made that were also entered.

So I am almost done with the wendy testaburger beret!! I am so thrilled. It took me a long time to find a pattern for this beret this didn't require some crazy cable knit or felting! I made my friends the kyle hat and the cartman hat. I thought it would only be right that my boyfriend had the stan hat since i would be wendy. They made for pretty sweet christmas gifts and were pretty easy to make. Although i must add that my boyfriend has NEVER worn his stan hat yet. He said it's because of the pom pom, but come on, it wouldn't be the stan hat without the pom pom. My other friends have worn their hats and people have recognized them as kyle and cartman. So, would'nt my boyfriend want to be recognized as stan? Is stan shameful in some way? But I do plan to take pictures and have something posted by this weekend. It'll freak you out!

Well yesterday I made a sad attempt to drive to OKC and restock my store. I was quite proud of my effort so I decided to call and tell everyone about my plan to get off of the couch lol. Unfortunatly when i arrived at the store it was closed. Oh well, i suppose that is what i get for trying?? My new project is going to be this awesome cable knit beanie. I watched elizabethtown yesterday and the only thing i liked about the movie was kristin dundts'(however it's spelled) hat! So i went to micheals and bought some baby yarn in "melon". I am doing it on size 2 needles so i need thin yarn!! it's going to take some time, but it'll definetly be worth it! I can't wait to wear it around. I have this whole cable knit down! I actually made some fingerless gloves that are purple and green striped. it was my first project with cable knit and it turned out great! I made them 2 weeks ago during our crazy snow storm (along with a lot of other goods). I will try and have a picture posted of them. I used really expensive wool yarn too!!

Well I have been meaning to restock my stores but have failed to do so. I have a lot of things made, but I am just so lazy these days. I do think I will try my hardest to restock blue 7. I have sold all my stock so currently I do not have any merch in there. I am not too worried about aisle 7 or cookies n' cards because they still have a few things of mine in there. I do enjoy making things and selling them. I have been crafting since i was in 3rd grade and have always sold things to certain people. It is kinda weird that people actually buys my stuff. My sister told me on Christmas "just think someone is opening something you made." I don't mean to sound arrogant, I just find it kinda neat. I made my sister and myself some pencil pouches for school yesterday. I used the always fabulous glitter vinyl and I added on a pink bunny holding a balloon with my logo in it. I think i will give that to my sister since she likes bunnies so much. I made myself a pouch that has a happy red apple. I also had some left over baby fleece so i made my baby niece a cute little bib. I will try and post pictures of these either today or tomorrow.

Well I am currently hanging out in the library waiting for chemistry to start. I am not sure why, but I seem to get depressed whenever I am on campus. Maybe because I don't know anyone here. Well I take that back, I know a few people here, but no one I would call a friend. It's not that I dislike them, I just don't know what to say to them. I just thought college would be different. I went to college in Ohio when I was 16 and I had a lot of fun there. I think Oklahoma in general just sucks! I know that as soon as I graduate(hopefully in 2 years) I am getting out of here asap. I think I could be really happy living in San Francisco with my dad. God I love Iranian food =) Or maybe I could move to Boston. I used to live there when I was just a little kid and I loved it there. God anywhere but here! Although each day I spend in this dreary state I think it might get harder to leave.
This summer I am going to california to work in a hospital with one of my dads friends. He is a microbiologist and hopefully he can teach me a thing or two on the degree that I am spending oodles of money for. So maybe I can cheer up then. I just need to get away from this horrible place.

OOh so today I had sushi for the first time ever with my good friend Andrea. We ordered the california roll, tootsie roll and the rock and roll. It was at the place called Sake, which I always thought said Jake lol. Acually Mike and I were driving and he pointed the Sake place out to me and told me about the place and I (stupidly) replied "where? I only see Jake" and then he laughed at me =( But I loved it mmm maybe I'll knit some sushi inspired stuff now....we'll just have to wait and see....

This is a cute scarf I made in like one day! I used size 11 needles so it just flew by =) I striped it red/white in a k2/p2 rib stitch with I think 24 rows in a 10 row color pattern. I then added 2 popsicles, one melting and screaming in horror and the other smiling and sticking it's tongue out. Hooray for pain!!!!

This is a picture of Mike wearing his scarf I made him. I used size 9 needles and worked in a k4/p4 square pattern. I found this awesome yarn in oakland, california. I was just walking around when I looked up and found a yarn store! I think I was in there for at least 2 hours, it was incredible.

This is a picture of a really neat purse I made. I crocheted it with 2 strands of yarn with a size 9(N) hook. I then stitched on some pink pasley lace around the top. I further added a bird staring at an apple tree, wishing he could have one. I added my logo on the back top right corner to brand it as mine.
